The NHM 6300 is designed for heavy duty cutting and high precision in an unsurpassed machining platform. It has a powerful geared head spindle motor for incredible performance in high power cutting across a wide range of materials. Featuring a 50 taper tool shank and a servo driven ATC, the NHM 6300 has the ability to handle the most difficult tooling scenarios. It’s optimally integrated structure with massive box type guideways and newly designed bed with M and W shaped ribs is FEM optimized to improve upon both static rigidity and dynamic stiffness. A servo driven rotary pallet changer allows for maximum machine uptime during part changeover. With a wide variety of factory installed options including Multi Pallet changers, large tool magazines and hydraulic fixture units, the NHM 6300 can be tailored to meet even the most demanding manufacturing challenges.
